Native of Kobe, Los Angeles correspondent for Screw
I have majored in Film and Electronic Arts at California State University Long Beach and graduated in 2006. After working as nonunion grip for a few years, I directed and wrote segments for several Japanese TV shows. I have worked for Screw since 2009, and my main responsibility was to communicate with the manufactures regarding troubleshooting and acquisitions of new equipments. My goal with Screw is to bridge the cultural and linguistic barriers between my Japanese employer and our overseas vendors, and build mutually beneficial and equal relationships with them. I am very much proud of Screw for always thinking out of the box, experimenting with new technologies, and always challenging the industry norms.
